This draft lists the personal data the current software processes. The final notice will name the data controller.

1. Data we process

Account email, optional display name, language preference, a password stored only as a strong hash, organization memberships, and provider inquiry details you send us.

2. Cookies

A session cookie and an anti-forgery cookie keep you signed in safely. A language cookie remembers your language choice. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

3. Searches

Search is available without an account. To limit abuse, request rates are counted using a one-way hash of your network address.

4. Sharing

Workload details are shared with a supplier only when you choose to send them a request.

5. Retention and your rights

Retention periods and how to exercise your rights will be stated after owner and legal review.

6. Contact

Contact details will be published once the owner configures the service provider identity.
