This draft describes how the service is intended to work. The final text will name the legal entity that provides the service.
1. The service
GPUaS offers free GPU search and comparison, and paid software services for GPU providers. GPUaS does not rent, operate or resell GPU compute.
2. Catalog information is not an offer
Prices, availability and specifications come from suppliers and sources at the time shown. They are not a reservation or a binding offer. Confirm with the supplier before you rely on them.
3. Paying for compute
You pay GPU suppliers directly under their own terms. GPUaS checkout covers only GPUaS’s own services.
4. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. Organization owners control who can access their organization’s data.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or submit unlawful content.
6. Organic ranking
Payments to GPUaS never change organic search order. Any sponsored placement would be labeled separately.
7. Liability, governing law and changes
